Human Rights Conference: Education as Empowerment
Webster University’s 2018 Annual Human Rights Conference centered on the fundamental right to education, focusing on the immense potential of “Education as Empowerment.” Topics included human rights education, access to education for vulnerable and under-served populations, educational opportunities for improving health, for promoting cultural survival, and for building communities. This project was created for Webster University’s Institute for Human Rights and Humanitarian Studies.
